What’s Christmas without a batch of homemade cookies?
With our Pride of India’s White Sesame Seeds Raw Unhulled, make your holidays more warm and cozy with a batch of Christmas cookies that will win everyone’s hearts!
1-1/4 cups butter, softened
2 cups packed Pride of India’s Rock Sugar Whole
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup Pride of India’s White Sesame Seeds Raw Unhulled, toasted and cooled
Cream the butter and sugar.
Add egg and vanilla extract to it.
Combine the remaining ingredients to the creamed mixture along with sesame seeds.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture on a baking sheet and sprinkle some more sesame seeds on top.
Bake at 350° for 7-9 mins.
Cool on pan and then completely.
