½ cup raw pistachios
1 envelope unflavored powdered gelatin
1½ cups plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. rose syrup
1¼ cups heavy cream, divided
1 Tbsp.Whole White Chia Seeds
½ cup golden raisins

Preheat the oven to 350°.
Toast pistachios on a baking sheet until golden brown and chop.
Whisk gelatine with ¼ cup water in a bowl.
Mix yogurt, rose syrup and cream and white chia seeds in a medium bowl.
Heat sugar and the remaining cream in a saucepan on medium flame for 2 mins. Add gelatine and yogurt mixture and whisk to combine well.
Put the mixture in small bowls and on a baking sheet and chill for 2 hours.
Add in your favourite toppings.
