ROSE, YOGURT AND CHIA SEEDS PANNA COTTA

Panna cotta, a traditional dessert with a variety of ways to make, is among the favourites of people with a sweet tooth! 

We bring you this recipe with the added goodness of Pride of India’s White Chia Seeds for you to relish! 

WHAT YOU NEED 

HOW TO MAKE 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°. 

  • Toast pistachios on a baking sheet until golden brown and chop. 

  • Whisk gelatine with ¼ cup water in a bowl. 

  • Mix yogurt, rose syrup and cream and white chia seeds in a medium bowl. 

  • Heat sugar and the remaining cream in a saucepan on medium flame for 2 mins. Add gelatine and yogurt mixture and whisk to combine well. 

  • Put the mixture in small bowls and on a baking sheet and chill for 2 hours. 

  • Add in your favourite toppings. 


Savour the perfect sweet flavour of this amazing Panna Cotta and win hearts and a delicious dessert!
