1 tsp Himalayan pink salt

Mix it up: Pour boiling water over the seed mix, spices, and seasonings in a bowl. Give it a good stir. Let it sit for 30 minutes until it forms a gel-like texture, that’s what helps it all bind together.
Get your tray ready: Lightly drizzle olive oil on a baking tray. Stir your seed mix again and scoop it onto the tray.
Spread and shape: Use a spatula to spread the mix evenly into a thin layer. Score it into square bars or fun shapes if you like!
Bake it : Pop it into a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-30 minutes. Keep an eye on it, they should turn golden and crispy but not burned.
