Pasteurized Skim Milk & Cream
To make one cup of the Dry Milk use 3 tablespoons of the Dry Milk Powder mixed with 1 cup of water. To make a quart of the Milk use 1/2 cup of the Dry Milk Powder and 3 1/2 cups of water. For better reconstitution, mix in a blender or with a wire whisk until smooth. Refrigerate after making.
