Hot Spicy Mexican-Style Kidney Beans

How to make

  • In a pressure cooker, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add 1 chopped onion, 1/2 chopped jalapeño & 4 cloves garlic to it. Sauté.
  • Add 1 chopped tomato.
  • Add 1 tsp Pink Salt, 1 tsp Red Chili Ground & 1 tsp Cumin Ground. Give it a quick stir.
  • Add 1 cup Kidney Beans, 2 cups water & mix well.
  • Pressure cook the beans for 5 whistles.

Top it with lemon juice & cilantro. Serve up to 4 people.

Protip: Enjoy this tasty recipe with tortilla chips on the side - Mexican style.
