Donut is a dessert that can easily brighten up anyone’s mood and with the addition of homemade freshness, it gets even better.
We bring you this quick and yummy recipe of donuts baked fresh with Pride of India’s Organic Cinnamon Ground that are all about making you feel home with just a bite!
1 cup wheat flour
1/3 cup Natural Crystal Rock Sugar Whole
1 1/4 ts baking powder
1/4 ts Himalayan Pink Rock Salt
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
Preheat the oven to 350.
Take a medium bowl and combine the flour, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together sugar and egg until light and fluffy.
Add milk, yogurt and vanilla extract and whisk until smooth.
Combine the mixtures together and stir well.
Spoon the mixture in donut pans or pipe it in to make the donuts.
Bake them at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Dunk the donut in melted butter and then in the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Your donuts are ready.
