Coconut Flour Halloween Brownies Recipe

Ingredients

  • Chopped Chocolate or Chocolate Chips
  • White Fondant 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven:Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan and set aside.
  2. Combine dry ingredients:In a large bowl, whisk together coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients:Slowly stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Pour into pan: Pour thebrownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean with a few moist crumbs (for a fudgy brownietexture).
