1 cup Pride of India Jasmine Rice
1 cup Pride of India Organic Red Royal Quinoa
1 cup chopped dates
1 cup shredded coconut
½ cup toasted hazelnuts
¼ cup coconut oil
½ cup chocolate chips
Pinch of Pride of India Himalayan Pink Salt
Cook jasmine rice with quinoa and let it cool.
Mix the chopped dates, shredded coconut, and hazelnuts in a blender and blend till finely grounded.
Combine both the mixtures and add chocolate chips, cacao powder, flax seeds, and pink salt to it.
Roll the mixture into balls and sprinkle some shredded coconut on it.
Refrigerate.
Your protein-loaded crispy rolled treats are ready to be served and eat!
