Recipe 1: Chai Spiced Protein Oatmeal with Triple Omega Superseed Pudding
This easy recipe has a lot of nutrition packed underneath all the toppings above it. Yummy! Learn how to make this mouth-watering recipe.
In a clean jar, mix cashew milk, salt, and sweetener until combined.
Add the Superseed mix; put the lid on the jar and place it in the fridge overnight to soak.
Serve with oatmeal. Keep the leftovers in a fridge for no longer than 3 days.
Protip: You can choose from the various toppings options to make this tasty recipe even tastier. In this recipe, almond butter, vegan white chocolate, persimmon, coconut sour cream, sunflower seeds and coconut flakes, along with some more Organic Chai Masala Mulling Tea Spice Mix were used.
Recipe 2: Bulletproof Dirty Spiced Chai with Superfoods
Ah! Just a look at this and it already feels like Christmas in the mouth. Try out this cup of warm Chai while you have a good time tucked under the blanket.
Steep the Tea Bag in hot water for 5 minutes. Discard the bag and add brewed tea with other ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Blend it on low for 30 seconds, then blend it on high for about a minute until the whole mixture is smooth and froths.
Pour it in a big mug and top with more Organic Chai Masala Mulling Tea Spice Mix, if desired.
Recipe 3: Chai Spiced Vegan French Toast with Roasted Plums
The third recipe that we picked for you all is an all-vegan delight for your taste buds. Check out this appetizing recipe made to provide you with the comfort you need in the winters.
For French Toast
Ingredients:
2 big thicker slices of at least 1-day old sourdough (the recipe used the one containing seeds and raisins)
Steep the Tea Bag in hot water for 5 minutes. Discard the bag, let it cool and blend with other ingredients (except bread and coconut oil) in a high-speed blender until completely smooth.
Pour the mixture into a shallow bowl. Dip bread slices (one at a time) in the mixture for about 10 seconds on each side.
Meanwhile, heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add coconut oil, let it melt and heat.
Add two slices of bread coated in the blended mixture. Fry on each side for about 3-4 minutes until the bread is golden and crispy. Take extra care and don't make it soggy.
For Roasted Plums
4 ripe plums, quartered
1-2 tbsp honey/maple syrup
How to make:
Preheat oven to 190C/375F.
In a baking dish, combine the cut plums and honey. Roast them for about 20 minutes, mixing them twice during this time. They should be soft, sweet and lightly caramelized.
Serve them with the french toast.
Protip: We used vegan yogurt mixed with a splash of vanilla extract (use a thicker one, with a high content of fat like sour coconut cream, walnut butter, pistachios, cacao nibs, and more honey/maple, if desired, to add more flavor to this hearty recipe.
