A perfect Taste Of Black Tea(Our instructions are some general guidelines based on our experiences. For ultimate enjoyment please experiment with the steeping time, water temperature, and the amount of tea leaves.)

Hot Black Tea Brewing Method
For Loose Tea:
Step 1: Measure the desired amount of tea leaves and place into a teapot/teacup with an infuser. We recommend 1 tsp of tea leaves for every 8oz (1 cup) of water.
Step 2: Bring the water to a rolling boil at 212 º F (100 º C).
Step 3: Add enough hot water to the tea-ware to submerse the tea leaves present in the infuser and allow the leaves open. Warming the tea leaves and tea-ware may allow for a better brew.
Step 4: Let the tea leaves steep for 3 to 5 minutes till desired strength is obtained. Add sugar/ honey if desired. We recommend a steep time of 4 minutes and 2 tsp sugar.

For Tea Bags:
Step 1: Add boiling water (212 º F/100 º C) to an empty 8 oz. cup and fill ¾ of the cup.
Step 2: Insert 1 tea bag of black tea into the cup filled with water.
Step 3: Dip teabag in cup for about 2-3 minutes until a rich color is obtained.
Step 4: Add 2 teaspoons of sugar and milk/creamer, if desired. Stir well and enjoy.

Iced Black Tea Brewing Method
For Loose Tea:
Step 1: To make iced tea, double the amount of tea leaves recommended on the basic tea brewing instructions.
Step 2: Then follow the basic black tea brewing instruction to brew the tea.
Step 3: Place ice in cups and pour the hot brewed black tea into the cups.
Step 4: Let the tea cool for a few minutes before consuming iced.

(Note: Generally, the volume of ice added should equal the volume of water used to brew tea.)

For Tea Bags:
Step 1: Add 4 cups of boiling water (212 º F/100 º C) to a container.
Step 2: Insert 3-4 tea bags of black tea into the container filled with water.
Step 3: Dip the tea bags in the container for about 3-4minutes until a rich color is obtained.
Step 4: Add sweetener as desired and stir well. Add ice or refrigerate.
